Which printers work with this filament?
Levemaker filament is designed for most open 1.75mm FDM printers. Confirm nozzle temperature, bed temperature and spool fit before printing.
1.Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll do our best to modify or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
2.What if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us within 7 days and include photos of the package and products.
We'll arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
4.What if my filament has a quality issue?
If you experience any manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us with:

How should I store my filament?
To maintain optimal printing performance, store filament in a cool, dry place and reseal it with a desiccant after use to minimize moisture absorption.
1.Are your filaments vacuum sealed?
Yes. Every spool is vacuum sealed with a desiccant to help protect the filament from moisture during storage and transportation.
2.What filament diameter do you offer?
Our standard filament diameter is 1.75 mm ± 0.03 mm, ensuring smooth and consistent extrusion with most FDM 3D printers.
Which 3D printers are your filaments compatible with?
LEVEMAKER filaments are compatible with most FDM 3D printers that use 1.75 mm filament, including Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Elegoo, QIDI Tech, FlashForge, and many others.
