To maintain optimal printing performance, store filament in a cool, dry place and reseal it with a desiccant after use to minimize moisture absorption.

Yes. Every spool is vacuum sealed with a desiccant to help protect the filament from moisture during storage and transportation.

Our standard filament diameter is 1.75 mm ± 0.03 mm, ensuring smooth and consistent extrusion with most FDM 3D printers.

1. Single Use Per Customer
Each discount code is limited to **one redemption per customer**. A customer may not redeem the same discount code multiple times by registering multiple accounts. Our system monitors for linked accounts to prevent discount abuse.
2. Non-stackable
Discount codes **cannot be combined or stacked** with other promotional codes. Only one discount code may be applied to a single order.
3. Eligibility & Minimum Order
Certain discount codes may require a minimum order subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes and handling fees). Discounts only apply to eligible full-price items, and may exclude clearance, special bundles or custom products as specified.
4. Validity Period
All discount codes carry an expiry date. Codes cannot be redeemed after expiration and cannot be extended retroactively. Promotions may be modified, suspended or terminated at our sole discretion without prior notice.
5. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to invalidate discount codes, cancel orders, revoke discounts or process refunds for orders if we identify misuse, fraud, or attempts to circumvent discount rules, including using multiple associated accounts to repeatedly claim the same discount benefit. Any fraudulent activity may result in permanent restriction from future promotions.
6. No Cash Value
Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards.
7. Resale, Transfer & Profit Prohibition

8. Refunds
