1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate and free shipping options for orders within the United States based on your total order value:

Orders of $99 and above: FREE Standard Shipping

Orders under $99: A flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied at checkout.

Please note: Order values are calculated after any discounts or promotional codes are applied and before applicable taxes.

2. Shipping Limitations & Exclusions
While we strive to provide nationwide coverage, due to carrier restrictions and the weight/bulk of 3D filament products, we are currently unable to ship to certain remote addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

If we find that your shipping address is in a location we cannot service, we will contact you immediately, cancel your order, and issue a full refund. If you are unsure whether your address is eligible for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated via email.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

5. Damages & Lost Packages
Levemaker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier confirms delivery. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
