Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Levemaker (https://levemaker.com/). We stand behind the quality of our 3D filaments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

The 3D filament must be in its original, unopened packaging (including the original vacuum-sealed bag with the desiccant intact). Due to the nature of 3D printing filaments, we cannot accept returns for spools that have been unsealed or used, as exposure to moisture and air affects product performance.

The item must be in the original packaging.

You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong color/size/material). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Levemaker Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Levemaker will cover all return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid shipping label.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@levemaker.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 3–7 business days).  

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to support@levemaker.com to initiate the process.
