  • User Responsibility: You acknowledge that printing or processing consumables involves high temperatures, chemical emissions, or UV radiation. It is your sole responsibility to ensure a well-ventilated workspace and to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • No Medical or Food-Contact Warranty: Unless explicitly labeled as "Medical Grade" or "Food Safe" by Levemaker in writing, none of our consumables are certified for medical implantation, direct food contact, or chemical/pharmaceutical applications. Levemaker disclaims all liability for any adverse health effects resulting from improper or uncertified use.

  • Property Damage: Levemaker shall not be held liable for any damages to your 3D printers, CNC machines, or other equipment caused by material clogs, leaks, or overheating during the use of our products.

2. Third-Party Brand and Compatibility Disclaimer

Any reference on this website to third-party brands, printer models, or trademarks (such as Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Formlabs, HP, etc.) is strictly for compatibility identification purposes.

  • Personal injury or property damage caused by structural failure of parts printed with Levemaker materials.

  • Incidents related to heating elements, fires, or chemical inhalation resulting from user negligence or machine malfunction.

In no event shall Levemaker's total financial liability exceed the exact purchase price paid by the customer for the specific batch of consumables that caused the alleged issue.
